Locovore Farmer's Market
Designed Fall 2021
A group project with Hailey Macheledt, Sydney Tveter, & Taylor Amble focusing on site planning in a heavy flood zone. Our approach included creating land terraces down the hill to hold water rather than erode away. Space for 24 vendors on the interior with optional garage doors to open on the lower level. A green house is included for vendors to store and refresh products as well as allow a quiet space for people to visit and get in their daily dose of greenery. A roof top deck gives a place to gather and is big enough to be used for classes like yoga.
